The rollout follows a phased approach. Last week, users in the U.S. and India reported that the Galaxy S25 series had begun receiving the stable build. However, the current wave of updates marks a critical shift, as Samsung begins to push Android 16 capabilities to devices that are now two generations old, ensuring that the S23 series remains competitive in a landscape increasingly defined by generative AI integration.
