While DJI has historically kept the Pocket line relatively streamlined, the introduction of a Pro model would signal a move toward the strategy seen in the DJI Avata or Mavic series, where professional-grade features are siloed for power users. The renders show a design language that remains consistent with the Pocket 3’s iconic rotating screen and gimbal head, but the internal hardware is where the real story lies.
The push for 4K 240fps and sensor dominance
The most significant talking point among the leaks is the rumored support for 4K recording at 240fps. For context, the Pocket 3 allows for high-frame-rate slow motion, but 240fps at full 4K resolution would put the Pocket 4 in a different league for action sports and cinematic B-roll.
