The VM441 is positioned as a Copilot+ PC, a designation that requires specific hardware benchmarks—most notably a Neural Processing Unit (NPU) capable of high-speed operations to handle on-device AI without relying solely on the cloud. Under the hood, the Snapdragon X platform utilizes a dedicated Hexagon NPU, which Asus claims can deliver up to 45 trillion operations per second (TOPS). This puts the machine in a bracket where tasks like live captions, Cocreator in Paint, and advanced system-wide AI optimizations happen locally, reducing latency and improving privacy.
Hardware Integration and Display
